  • Orders are processed within 2 Days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are processed on Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
  • Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with your tracking details.

Please note that during festivals, sales, or high-demand periods, order processing may take slightly longer.

The shipping partner is selected based on your delivery location and service availability.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Other Cities & Towns: [10 BUSINESS DAYS]
  • Remote Areas: [15 BUSINESS DAYS]

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: ₹49
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹999 (if applicable).

The final shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before payment.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • A Shipping Confirmation Email
  • Tracking Number
  • Courier Partner Details

You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided in your email or SMS.

If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours after dispatch, please contact us.


6. Delivery Delays

If you notice an error in your shipping details, contact us immediately before your order is dispatched.


8. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your order after multiple attempts due to:

  • Customer unavailability
  • Incorrect address
  • Refusal to accept delivery

the package may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be shipped again.


9. International Shipping

At present, ZYNDLO [DOES / DOES NOT] offer international shipping.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, applicable shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and delivery timelines will be displayed during checkout.


10. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost during transit or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date for lost shipments).
  • Email us with your Order Number and photos (if applicable).

We will investigate the issue with the courier partner and work towards a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.
